Love Thy Neighbor is the heart of why we started this company. Over the years, we have supported the following charities with prayer, passion, donations or time.
Stuff the Sleigh Stuff the Sleigh is based out of Katy, Texas and was started by one of Micah's former classmate and his wife. Stuff the Sleigh helps to support Pediatric Cancer Warriors and their families in many different ways so that they are able to experience priceless, joy-filled, worry-free moments in time and have an enriched and abundant life.
The Colon Cancer Coalition encourages screening and raises awareness of colorectal cancer’s signs and symptoms. Micah's family has a history of Colon Cancer, so she wanted to support this cause in honor of her father and in memory of her grandmother and great grandfather.

The Trust The Light Foundation stands as a beacon of hope in these trying times, offering financial relief through fundraising initiatives. Micah chose to support this foundation in honor of her mother-in-law and in memory of her uncle as well as support a fellow industry peer, Retail Customer and friend who founded this organization in memory of her Mother.
For years, Micah drove by an unmarked building and felt a persistent tug on her heart to learn more about it. She eventually followed that prompting and discovered it was Bluebonnet Haven, an organization dedicated to helping girls who have been rescued from human trafficking and severe domestic violence. Bluebonnet Haven provides them with safe housing, education, counseling, and Bible study, offering crucial support as they heal and prepare for a future on their own. The work they do is truly transformative, and we are grateful to have learned about their mission. If you feel a tug, follow it...you never know where God is leading you.
The Cure San Filippo Foundation is dedicated to supporting and funding vital research aimed at finding a cure and treatment options for Sanfilippo Syndrome, a rare and devastating genetic disorder. This cause is especially close to the hearts of Micah and Jeff’s family, as a dear friend and former classmate of theirs has a daughter living with Sanfilippo. Often referred to as a form of childhood Alzheimer's, this condition tragically affects the development and quality of life of children, making the search for a cure all the more urgent and meaningful.
The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society aims toCure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease and myeloma, and improve the quality of life of patients and their families through funding research, education & support, and policy & advocacy.
Breakthrough T1D, formerly known as JDRF, is leading a powerful movement to improve and transform the lives of those living with type 1 diabetes. Micah's friend and former colleague’s son has Juvenile Diabetes, which inspired The Southern Spirit to host its very first Pop Up event, with proceeds benefiting Breakthrough T1D in honor of her son. Janeen has been one of our most loyal supporters since the very beginning, and her encouragement played a key role in helping Micah embrace the idea of highlighting charities with personal connections to our community. We are deeply grateful for her continued support.
Many of the students who work at The Southern Spirit are exceptional student-athletes, and we wanted to find a way to support them and our local community. That’s why we proudly support our Booster Club, which helps fund both Junior High and High School athletic programs, ensuring that our student-athletes have the resources they need to thrive both on and off the field. We're honored to be part of their journey and to give back to the community that has supported us.
