It is our hope that you love everything you purchase from The Southern Spirit. But, we realize that sometimes, things happen. You may return most items within 15 days of your purchase. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused in its original package and in the same condition that you received it, accompanied by the receipt.
Unfortunately, several types of goods are exempt from being returned or exchanged.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Food or Beverage items
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery
- Any item that was on sale or marked "final sale"
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund.
Upon approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within the issuer's standard amount of business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check double check your bank account.
Then, please contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded, or any items marked "final sale."

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Return Policy for Cocktail Infusions
Because it is a consumable item, we cannot accept returns unless you receive the package damaged. If damaged during shipment, then we will refund 100% or exchange it for you. A picture of damaged item while still in the shipping package will be required and must be sent within 3 days of arrival before refund is applied to Help@TheSouthernSpirit.com. Also, please hold on to damaged item in the event a shipping carrier requires it for inspection.
