Cranberry Cheer Recipes

POINSETTIA 

1.5 to 2 ounces            Infused Cranberry Cheer (infuse with vodka)

1 ounce                        Cranberry Juice (unsweetened, not from concentrate)

1 ounce                        Orange Juice

Splash                          Prosecco 

Fill shaker tin with ice.  Pour all ingredients except Prosecco in shaker tin and shake vigorously.  Strain into a flute glass.  Top with Prosecco.

 

POINSETTIA SPARKLING MOCKTAIL

  1. Fill the Infuse Jar with boiling water to the top and close lid
  2. Put oven mittens on and shake Infuse Jar vigorously
  3. Let it steep until room temperature and then finish out infuse process in the refrigerator for a total of three days.
  4. Shake the Infuse Jar when you think about it. (it’s not necessary, but it helps!)

1.5 to 2 ounces     Cranberry Cheer Infusion 

Top                         Ginger Ale (or Diet Ginger Ale if too sweet)

Fill shaker tin with ice. Pour Cranberry Cheer in shaker tin and shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Strain over flute. Top with Ginger Ale. Garnish with Rosemary or Cranberry. 

 

PITCHER OF POINSETTIA

2 cups                Infused Cranberry Cheer (infuse with vodka)

1 cup                  Cranberry Juice (unsweetened, not from concentrate)

1 cup                  Orange Juice

Splash                Prosecco

Shake infusion jar vigorously and strain into pitcher.  Add all ingredients except Prosecco into pitcher and stir. Pitcher will garner appx. 10 cocktails. Pour from pitcher into flute glass and top with Prosecco.  Want to make a bigger pitcher? Double the batch by infusing the jar contents in a 32 ounce jar and double the recipe above – should garner 20 cocktails in a pitcher.

 

CHRISTMAS PUNCH

1.5 to 2 ounces            Infused Cranberry Cheer (infuse with light rum)

1.5 ounces                   Dry Sparkling Wine (Prosecco)

.75 ounces                   Cranberry Juice (unsweetened, not from concentrate)

2 ounces                      Apple Juice

.75 ounces                   Orange Juice

Fill shaker tin with ice.  Pour 1.5 - 2 ounces of infused Cranberry Cheer in shaker tin.  Pour cranberry juice, apple juice, and orange juice in shaker tin and shake vigorously.  Strain into a glass.  Top with Prosecco.

 

PITCHER OF CHRISTMAS PUNCH

2 cups               Infused Cranberry Cheer (infuse with light rum)

1.5 cups            Dry Sparkling Wine (Prosecco)

.75 cup             Cranberry Juice (unsweetened, not from concentrate)

2 cups               Apple Juice

.75 cup             Orange Juice

PITCHER OF CRANBERRY WINTER SANGRIA

2 cups                   Infused Cranberry Cheer (infuse with brandy)

1 cup                     Cranberry Juice (unsweetened, not from concentrate)

1 cup                     Pear Juice

1 Bottle                 White Wine (Sauvignon Blanc)

Shake Infuse Jar vigorously and strain into pitcher.  Add remaining ingredients and stir.  Pitcher will garner appx. 10 cocktails. Pour from pitcher over ice-filled glass.  

Want to make a bigger pitcher? Double the batch by infusing the Cocktail Infusion contents in a 32 ounce jar and double the recipe above – should garner up to 20 cocktails in a pitcher.
