Cucumber Breeze Recipes

CUCUMBER BASIL GIMLET

1.5 ounces  Infused Cucumber Breeze (infuse with gin)

2 ounces     Lemonade

1 Squeeze    Gourmet Basil Paste (find at Walmart, Target, Kroger)

Optional:     Splash of Topo Chico or Sparkling Water

 

Squeeze basil paste in the bottom of a shaker tin (alternatively, you can muddle 3-5 fresh basil leaves).  Add infused Cucumber Breeze and lemonade in shaker tin. Fill shaker tin with ice and shake vigorously.  Strain into an ice filled glass.  Optional:  top with 2 ounces of Topo Chico or sparkling water.

 

 

CUCUMBER BASIL LEMONADE

1.5 ounces  Infused Cucumber Breeze (infuse with vodka)

2 ounces     Lemonade (to taste)

PITCHER OF CUCUMBER BASIL LEMONADE

2 cups               Infused Cucumber Breeze (infuse with vodka or gin for a gimlet)

2 – 2.5 cups      Simply Lemonade ( to taste)

Tablespoon       Squeeze Gourmet Basil Paste (find at most grocers) 

Shake infusion jar vigorously and strain into large pitcher.  Add lemonade and basil and stir.  Pitcher will garner appx. 10 cocktails. Pour from pitcher over ice-filled Collins glass.  Optional: rim your glass with salt or Tajin before straining lemonade in the glass.   

Need to make all 20 cocktails at once? Hack: Pour contents of jar in a 32 ounce mason jar, pour 32 ounces of vodka or gin into mason jar. Infuse three days. Once infused, double the recipe above.  

 

 

CUCUMBER MULE

1.5 ounces     Infused Cucumber Breeze (infuse with vodka)

4 ounces        Ginger Beer

 Pour 1.5 ounces infused Cucumber Breeze into an ice filled copper mug.  Top with ginger beer.  Optional: Garnish with a slice of cucumber and a lime wedge.

  

 

CUCUMBER MOJITO

1 ounce      Infused Cucumber Breeze (infuse with light rum)

2 ounces    Stirrings Simple Mojito Mix (find at Specs, Total Wine)

2 ounces    Topo Chico or Sparkling Water

Add infused Cucumber Breeze and mix to shaker tin.  Fill shaker tin with ice and shake vigorously.  Strain into an ice filled glass.  Top with Topo Chico or Sparkling Water (lime La Croix).  Garnish with a lime if you are feeling fancy. 

 

 

PITCHER OF CUCUMBER MOJITO

2 cups       Infused Cucumber Breeze (infuse with rum)

4 cups       Stirrings Simple Mojito Mix (find at Specs, Total Wine)

2 ounces   Topo Chico or Sparkling Water

Shake infusion jar vigorously and strain into pitcher (this is approximately 2 cups of infusion).  Add Mojito Mix and stir.  Pitcher will garner appx. 10 cocktails. Pour over ice-filled glass and top with Topo Chico or Sparkling Water.  Infuse twice to yield an even larger batch. Double the batch by infusing the jar contents in a 32 ounce jar and double the recipe above – should garner 20 cocktails in a pitcher.

 

 

SIMPLE SPICY CUCUMBER JALAPENO MARGARITA

2 ounces      Infused Cucumber Breeze (infuse with silver or reposado tequila)

3 ounces     Tres Agave Margarita Mix (find at HEB, Randall's, Target)

2-3 slices    Jalapeno

 

Combine all ingredients into a shaker tin.  Muddle all ingredients to release the juices.  Add ice to shaker tin and shake vigorously.  Strain over ice-filled low-ball or margarita glass.  Optional: rim your glass with salt or Tajin before straining margarita in the glass.  Don't like spicy?  Just leave out the jalapeno...you will still have a delicious cucumber margarita.
