KENTUCKY LEMONADE
1.5 – 2 ounces Infused Pineapple Sundown (infuse with Bourbon)
4 ounces Lemonade (preferably no added sugar)
Fill shaker tin with ice. Combine all ingredients into a shaker tin and shake vigorously. Strain over ice-filled low-ball glass. Optional: add a squeeze of honey.
PITCHER OF KENTUCKY LEMONADE
2 Cups Infused Pineapple Sundown (infuse with Bourbon)
4 Cups Lemonade
Shake Infused Pineapple Sundown well. Combine all ingredients into a pitcher and stir well. Serve over ice-filled low-ball glass. Optional: add a squeeze of honey.
PINEAPPLE UPSIDE DOWN CAKE MARTINI
1.5 – 2 ounces Infused Pineapple Sundown (infuse with vodka)
1.5 - 2 ounces Pineapple Juice
1 teaspoon Grenadine
Fill shaker tin with ice. Combine infused pineapple sundown and pineapple juice into a shaker tin and shake vigorously. Strain into a martini or highball glass. Turn a spoon facing down and slowly pour grenadine over the spoon. The grenadine will settle at the bottom and slowly rise allowing for a sunset gradient cocktail.
