Mango Habanero Recipes

THE SIMPLE MANGO HABANERO MARGARITA 

1.5 to 2 ounces          Infused Mango Habanero

                                   (infuse with silver or reposado tequila)

3 ounces                    Tres Agave Organic Margarita Mix

                                   (find at HEB, Randall's, Target, Specs)

Fill shaker tin with ice.  Combine all ingredients into a shaker tin and shake vigorously.  Strain over ice-filled low-ball or margarita glass.  Optional: rim your glass with salt or Tajin before straining margarita in the glass.

 

MANGO HABANERO MOCKARITA

    1. Fill the Infuse Jar with boiling water to the top and close lid
    2. Put oven mittens on and shake Infuse Jar vigorously
    3. Let it steep until room temperature and then finish out infuse process in the refrigerator for a total of three days.
    4. Shake the Infuse Jar when you think about it. (it’s not necessary, but it helps!)

 

1.5 to 2 ounces            Mango Habanero Infusion

                                     (you can find at HEB, Specs, Target, or Amazon)

Fill shaker tin with ice. Combine all ingredients in shaker tin and shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Strain over an ice-filled glass. Optional: Rim with Tajin or Rock Salt 

Tip: If it is too spicy, add more margarita mix. If it's too sweet, add more of the Mango Habanero infusion. The level of spice on the Habanero is always dependent on the pepper. 

 

PITCHER OF SIMPLE MANGO HABANERO MARGARITA

2 cups                            Infused Mango Habanero

                                       (infuse with silver or reposado tequila)

2.5 to 3 cups                  Tres Agave Organic Margarita Mix

                                       (find at HEB, Randall's, Target, Amazon)

Shake infusion jar vigorously and strain into large pitcher.  Add Margarita Mix, stir and taste. If it is too spicy, add the additional .5 cup of margarita mix.  Pitcher will garner appx. 10 cocktails. Pour from pitcher over ice-filled low-ball or margarita glass.  Optional: rim your glass with salt or Tajin before straining margarita in the glass.   Double the batch by infusing the jar contents in a 32 ounce jar and double the recipe above – should garner 20 cocktails in a pitcher. 

 

THE MANGO HABANERO MARGARITA FROM SCRATCH

1.5 to 2 ounces         Infused Mango Habanero

                                  (infuse with silver or reposado tequila)

1 ounce                     Orange Liqueur

.75 ounces                Fresh-squeezed lime

Optional:  If you like it sweeter, drizzle agave nectar to taste

Fill shaker tin with ice.  Combine all ingredients into a shaker tin and shake vigorously.  Strain over ice-filled low-ball or margarita glass.  Optional: rim your glass with salt before straining margarita in the glass.  

 

MANGO HABANERO RANCH WATER

1.5 to 2 ounces            Infused Mango Habanero (infuse with tequila)

Top                               Topo Chico

Pour infused Mango Habanero infusion in ice-filled shaker tin and shake vigorously. Strain into an ice-filled glass. Top with Topo Chico. Optional: Rim glass with tajin or salt.

 

MANGO HABANERO CITY WATER

1.5 to 2 ounces            Infused Mango Habanero (infuse with vodka)

Top                               Topo Chico

Pour infused Mango Habanero infusion in ice-filled shaker tin and shake vigorously. Strain into an ice-filled glass. Top with Topo Chico. Optional: Rim glass with tajin or salt.

 

THE SPICY SUNRISE

1.5 to 2 ounces         Infused Mango Habanero

                                  (infuse with silver or reposado tequila  or vodka)

Top                            Orange Juice

Pour 2 ounces of infused Mango Habanero into a wine or flute glass. Top with orange juice.  Garnish with an orange peel or orange zest.

 

THE MANGO SIP

2 ounces                        Infused Mango Habanero

                                      (infuse with silver or reposado tequila  or vodka)

Fill shaker tin with ice. Pour 2 ounces of infused Mango Habanero into a shaker tin and shake vigorously. Strain into a low-ball glass. Garnish with an orange peel or orange

 

MANGO HAB BLOODY MARY

1.5 ounces                   Infused Mango Habanero

                                     (infuse with silver or reposado tequila or vodka)

5 ounces                      Zing Zang Bloody Mary Mix

Fill shaker tin with ice. Combine all ingredients into a shaker tin and shake vigorously. Strain into an ice-filled high-ball glass. Optional: Rim with Tajin or Salt, Garnish with Mango
